As a graphic designer at COCO AVA, I led a 12-person team in developing the brand’s identity, packaging, and digital designs using Figma. Collaborating with local culinary incubators, I helped accelerate product development for rapid market entry. As the principal UX designer, I conducted heuristic evaluations and platform usability reviews across internal teams, while leading user testing sessions to refine category strategies and apply insights that optimized the customer journey.
